1. Acknowledgment of Risks:

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily using a golf cart at the above-mentioned event/location. I understand and accept that the operation of a golf cart involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: collisions, loss of control, physical injury, and even death. I agree to assume full responsibility for these risks and any potential injuries that may occur while operating or riding in the golf cart.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability:

In consideration for being allowed to use the golf cart, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless [Organization Name], its officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Releasees") from any and all liability for any injury, damage, loss, or claims arising out of my use of the golf cart, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of my use of the golf cart, including but not limited to any claims made by third parties.

4. Participant Responsibilities:

• I agree to operate the golf cart in a safe and responsible manner, in compliance with all rules, laws, and regulations governing its use.
• I will not allow any other person to operate the golf cart without prior authorization. • I agree not to operate the golf cart under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs my ability to operate the vehicle safely.
• I will immediately report any malfunction, damage, or safety concerns with the golf cart to the appropriate personnel.
• I agree that the golf cart must not leave the property/event it is rented from without prior authorization.

6. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, and any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts locally.

7. Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
